Healthy Lifestyle Programs

Are you ready to take the step towards a healthier life? Grand View offers fitness, nutrition counseling, and healthy lifestyle programs to our community. Each safe, effective program has been developed by healthcare professionals.

Grand New You

Grand New You will help you take the steps toward a healthier and more active life. Each Grand New You session lasts 10 weeks. Classes are led by a Grand View Health registered dietitian and a lifestyle management coach. You can join the program at any time.

Lifestyle Fitness Center

Our medical professionals assist you in developing an exercise program to help you reach your goals. Following a medical model, we’ll assist you in assessing your current level of physical well-being and develop a program uniquely designed to address your health needs.

Nutrition Counseling

Provided by registered dietitians, individual counseling is available to assist with nutritional concerns focused on a variety of health issues and diet needs
