“Choosing a primary care doctor is one of the most important decisions people can make to manage and prevent disease,” says Renee Acconciamessa, VP, Physician Services at Grand View Health. “To have five of our practices recognized for quality shows that families in Bucks and Montgomery counties can find the highest level of primary care right here in our local communities.”
The QIPS measures are based on the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®), a well-established and tested set of performance measures. These measures, along with the details of the QPM score program, can be found in the QIPS Manual – Measurement Year 2023, which can be accessed from the QIPS Resources page on the Independence Blue Cross Provider News Center (provcomm.ibx.com).
